Welton’s story began in Minas Gerais, Brazil, where he dreamed of building a better future. At just 15, he arrived in the U.S. and began working in the paver industry.

Early on, he noticed a major gap in the construction world: poor communication and lack of customer care. He made it his mission to change that.

After years of hands-on experience and learning the American work ethic, Welton founded TGS Brick Pavers with a simple but powerful goal:

Starting with just four crew members, Welton built a team that shares his values of respect, transparency, and delivering on promises. Unlike many companies, TGS never uses subcontractors — every project is handled by trusted, experienced craftsmen.
